Claude Wilson Brannon was born on April 28, 1916 in Rutherford County, Tennessee. He worked for a telephone company before serving in World War II as a Staff Sergeant in the Signal Corps. He was involved in a traffic accident and died on May 5, 1945 while in Manila, Philippines.
