Regional Offices and Centers & Cultural Landscapes

Regional offices and centers monitor the application of laws, regulations, management policies, director's orders, handbooks, and standards. In this role, regional offices:

  • Undertake more intensive treatment projects;
  • Provide professional or specialized services and technical assistance to parks, such as Cultural Landscape Reports and construction drawings;
  • Maintain the Cultural Landscape Inventory for their region; and
  • Organize, deliver, and participate in employee development opportunities.
