Olympic National Park seeks plant-loving individuals to assist in restoring plant communities around the park. Volunteers will assist National Park Service staff and partners with various aspects of the project, including native plant propagation and care, and replanting of disturbed areas. Volunteer opportunities take place at the Matt Albright Native Plant Center and in various areas around Olympic National Park.

Volunteer Opportunities

Year-round volunteer opportunities are available at the Matt Albright Native Plant Center, located east of Port Angeles in Robin Hill Farm County Park:

Drop-in days are Mondays and Wednesdays, 9am to 4pm.
We are closed on federal holidays, the day before Thanksgiving, and the week between Christmas and the New Year. There may be other closures on some of these days during December due to seasonal staff shortages, so please call ahead.

Opportunities to assist with replanting around the park will start back up in January.
