Scenic Tour Road
A shot of the scenic tour road through the park. Pea Ridge has many trails available for driving, walking, biking, and in some areas, horseback riding.
All that is left of the Ruddick house, where the Ruddicks moved after they sold the Elkhorn Tavern. This foundation is still visible from the horse trail head.
Rockslide East Overlook
This photo was taken of the rock under the East Overlook. These rocks were used by the Missouri State Guard during the battle to hide and fire down at the Union army, and ended up trapping them under Union fire.
While Pea Ridge sees many beautiful, sunny days, an ice storm also makes for a beautiful tour through the park.
The color is beautiful in fall on the battlefield. This photo was taken in 2006.
East Overlook Mountains
This is a shot taken from the park's East Overlook, accessible from the tour road. The Boston Mountains are visible in the distance, from which Van Dorn's army marched to Pea Ridge.
Fall View from East Overlook
One of the park's many scenic views - from East Overlook, which is accessible from the tour road.
