My name is Nico Ramirez, I work at Death Valley National Park and I'm part of the interpretation office. My position is the interpretive lead programming specialist and my job is to help our new staff and seasonal staff learn programs, our daytime programs, and train them in ace techniques and coach them while they're out in the park serving our visitors out in the field. Some of my favorite things about Death Valley are the team that I get to come to every single morning, it is a supportive and awesome team that's ready to collaborate.
And I just love personal development. And I love how interpretation allows us to look how we want to grow ourselves. But also uses the natural world processes, especially the geological processes here at Death Valley and how we can bring those together for visitors to have an awesome experience and really think about how they want to grow.
