Grand Canyon National Park is in an Excessive Heat Warning. Inner Canyon temperatures are reaching as high as 120°F (48.9°C)!

Your body cannot cool itself or replenish its water or salt in these conditions. Please take a look at this short video addressing heat illness, heat stroke, and how best to visit Grand Canyon during these dog days of summer.
