Chief of Paleontology Dr. Nicholas Famoso and Pongo the Pogonodon take you on a virtual tour of our fossil exhibits here at the park.

John Day Fossil Beds is known for all its cool fossil mammals, like Pongo the Pogonodon here, but today we wanted to talk about some of the other types of animals, and some plants, that have lived here in the past.
