Join Ranger John as he traces the movement of the 140th and 146th New York Regiments in the opening shots of the Battle of the Wilderness at Saunders Field. These Zouaves, distinguished by their colorful uniforms, were among the first Union troops to cross Saunders Field. They suffered enormous losses in the process.
