Barcodes in the Genome (Haelewaters)

We are trying to sequence a specific part of the genome, the ITS region...taxon to species level. It's a barcode region that we use to identify, or, not identify--yeah identify tax auto species level and so sometimes we can also see, because of this region of the genome, that a certain collection is something that has been not yet described.
