The video shows an asphalt parking loop, off Park Loop Road, near Fabbri Picnic Area. On the left side of the parking lot, there are about ten parking spaces, the lines for which are partially covered by snow in this video. An accessible parking space, designated by paint on the ground, is towards the end of the parking lot. There is also a wayside here. The parking lot provides views of Otter Cove and is partially surrounded by trees. Opposite the parking spaces, on the right side of the parking lot, there is a memorial plaque on a large stone that commemorates the work of Alessandro Fabbri. There is a gravel path, with a step, leading up to the memorial.
