Description

Hopi artists Dorothy and Emerson Ami discus how they make their beautiful clay pottery pieces. Each piece is built in a traditional coil method, stone polished and painted with natural clay pigments and bee-weed for the black. The pottery is then fired outside with cedarwood and sheep manure.
