Description

Time lapse video shows NPS scientists installing calibrated camera equipment to document the star-filled night sky during the new moon passage of the eclipse at Scotts Bluff National Monument, Nebraska. Scotts Bluff was among the national parks located on the path of totality. The equipment captures "all sky brightness" from horizon to zenith, and conveys information about the quality of night sky.
