Take a leadership role in:
Assisting managers in planning for our second year. What will that be?
Assisting managers in recruiting and planning for the new first year intake students
Provide an in-depth critique of our summer program experiences. What worked? What did not work? What would be do differently?
Hold a summit with youth in other intake programs
Arrange for swaps with youth in other intake programs
Travel to Philadelphia to meet with staff in NERO
Travel to Washington, DC to meet with staff in WASO
Attend conferences and symposiums such as Abolitionism in Black and White in Boston October 24th
Visit sites we have not seen yet
Return to some sites that we want to explore in more depth
Spend time shadowing people in our fields of interest
