Junior Ranger

Longfellow House-Washington’s Headquarters National Historic Site is pleased to offer a Junior Ranger program. This program is free, fun, and open to everyone! The program is designed to be done onsite. Materials are reserved for in-person visitors.

If you're making a visit to the site, check our hours of operation. Upon arrival, check in at the Visitor Center and tell a ranger that you would like to participate in the program. Participants will be provided with a Junior Ranger book and pencil.

When you're done, come back in to be sworn in as a National Park Service Junior Ranger and earn your badge!

If you're unable to visit the site but would like to participate in the Junior Ranger program from home, please find audio program activities below.
