Special Use Permit

- Any Organized Event, examples such as (but not limited to) Baptisms and Weddings.
- $50 Non-Refundable Application fee must be submitted with the application.
- Requests must be submitted to the park 10 business days prior to the event. Permits can be denied.
Filming / Photography Permit
- Filming/Photography Permit Application
- Filming and photography that require a permit include but are not limited to: editorial stills, advertising, stock photos/film, feature film, TV Movie, TV series/pilot, documentary, travelogue, commercial, music video, public service announcements/films, infomercial, industrial, wedding pictures. If you are receiving payment, or expect future profits for your photography services, you will be required to have a permit
- $250 Non-Refundable Application Fee must accompany application.
- Must be submitted to the park 14 business days before the event.
- All permit applications are subject to approval.
Commercial Use Permit Application
- All commercial uses in the park require a permit. Fees will apply.
- Non-Refundable application fee to be determined by the park.
- Commercial Use Permits must be submitted to the park 14 business days prior to the event. In some cases, the park may require more time.
- Proof of insurance is required.
- All permit applications are subject to approval.
