Early Spring Wildflower Hike at National Lakeshore March 19, 2017

Join a ranger at Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore’s Heron Rookery on Sunday, March 19, at 1:00 pm for a two-hour guided hike to see what early spring wildflowers are blooming. The Heron Rookery Trail runs along the Little Calumet River is one of the best locations in the region to see woodland wildflowers.
 
The hike starts from the Heron’s Rookery’s east parking lot, which is located at 1336 North County Road 600E in Michigan City, Indiana.
