The 1st annual Indiana Dunes Film Festival is composed of stories of how the Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore has influenced its surrounding regions. This is a free event.

Friday, November 4 – Movie Premiere Night at the Indiana Welcome Center at the South Shore Convention Visitors Authority.

6:30 pm—Popcorn and soda mingle by Dunes National Park Association. Dunes National Park Association will have poster of the film festival. Original art work by Kristina Knowski available signed by the artist for donations of $20.

7 pm—Welcome from NPS Superintendent Paul Labovitz, Lakeshore Public Media CEO and President James Muhammad.

7:15 pm—Introduce and recognize the film makers who submitted their films. Top film makers will introduce their films and show them.

8:15 pm—Introduce filmmakers—Tom Desch, Carey Lundin, Paul Nelson, etc. each will share a 2 min clip from their films and take questions from the audience.

9:15 pm—Thanks to our partners: Friends of Indiana Dunes, Lakeshore Public Media, Dunes National Park Association, Indiana Dunes Tourism, Laporte County VCB, South Shore CVA
