The heading 2 level tag is getting a 40px margin-top setting, so as long as the text element content begins with an H2, there will be space created by the heading's margin settings. If the text element does not start with a H2 tag right away, but opens with a regular text paragraph, then there is no space between the text element and the in-page nav element.
