For the safety and well-being of your service animal, please keep in mind:

Rules: Animals in Greenbelt Park must be kept on a leash at all times.

Water: Each campground has yard hydrants located inside and outside of the loop. The hydrants have a lever that may take more than 5 pounds of strength to operate. Bathing, washing, or attaching hoses of any kind are not allowed at the hydrants.

Weather and Site Conditions: Pathways in and around the campgrounds, picnic areas, and trails may be uneven. Pathways may become snowy or icy in winter conditions.

Animal Waste: All animal waste should be immediately collected by the animal’s handler and disposed of in the dumpsters. Waste fluids may be disposed of at the dump station in Loop C.

Wildlife: Wildlife has been seen crossing through campgrounds, picnic areas, and trails. Please be aware of potential wildlife interactions with your service animal.
