History Kids Reading Adventures Club
(Ages 4 to 10)


Our 2027 theme is:
“Historical Animal Tales: Four Dogs, a Horse, a Goat, an Eagle and a Bear”

Join a park educator each Saturday at 11 am to read a new children’s book (with pages on the big screen). Then participate in an indoor activity or outdoor adventure.

Time Travelers’ Reading Adventures Club
Ages 7-12

Our 2027 selection is:

Turn Homeward, Hannalee
by Patricia Beatty

Join us as we explore this “classic historical middle grade novel about a spunky heroine in the Civil War” through read-alouds, activities, and adventures.

These programs are free of charge, and recommended for families with children ages 7-12.
