Floyd Bennett Field and Million Trees restoration

National Park Service and New York City Department of Parks and Recreation work together to improve habitat as well as provide a foundation for outdoor education through Million Trees planting events at Floyd Bennett Field in Gateway National Recreation Area.
Habitat restoration meets volunteer opportunities through Million Trees planting events in Floyd Bennett Field, an area within Gateway National Recreation Area.
