A 3: If you have an LLC, you should complete form 10-354 instead of 10-353. Please consult the checklist in the RFP (page 10), to see the full list of other forms and documentation required in addition to the proposal itself. Q 4: Can you provide guidance on what proposed rent should be? A 4: We are not able to provide guidance on the rent amount you should propose. Under NPS leasing regulations, no annual rent offer below the Fair Market Value Rent (FMVR) may be accepted. Proposed rent will be one of the criteria considered during the evaluation process. |
