In the midst of the NPS Centennial, Fredericksburg & Spotsylvania National Military Park is also celebrating its 89th birthday on February 14, 2016. Come visit Chatham Manor to see a temporary exhibit dedicated to the creation and early history of the park!

Artifacts on display include the pen used by President Calvin Coolidge to sign the park into existence, the park's first toolbox, and the hat of Ralph Happel, one of the park's first and longest-serving historians. The exhibit will be assembled on February 12th. See it while you can!
