Bike, walk, run, or rollerblade on the Natchez Trace Parkway Multi-Use Trail in Ridgeland, MS. Nestled behind a thin shroud of green foliage in Mississippi's largest metropolitan area is over 10 miles of trail for you to get out and get healthy on. You can meet your family or friends on the multi-use trail and get closer to the recommended 150 minutes of physical activity each week. Get your heart pumping as you take in the views along the Natchez Trace Parkway, or clear your mind as you walk or bike away your daily stresses.

You can access the 10-mile paved trail from multiple spots along the Natchez Trace Parkway including Choctaw Agency (milepost 100.7), the Parkway Information Cabin (milepost 102.4), Old Trace (milepost 104.5), and Reservoir Overlook (milepost 105.6). If you would like to add to the length of your walk or ride, take one of the many trails that lead into the city of Ridgeland.
