Simple Text Block (without header) Element

Creating a Simple Text Block (without header) Element is nearly identical to creating a Simple Text Block Element. The sole difference is that you cannot create a header. After you create this Element, you can convert it to a Simple Text Block Element by selecting Layout from the Element Tool icon.
