Enter Properties for Pending Multimedia Files

This informational dialog displays when you submit custom metadata for one or more files in My Pending Multimedia to add existing externally hosted multimedia to CommonSpot.

Once this dialog closes, metadata is assigned, the import process is complete, and the new externally hosted multimedia files are available in CommonSpot.
