National Park Service Issues Request for Proposals Solicitation to Operate Food and Beverage Service in Yorktown

The National Park Service has issued a new Prospectus soliciting for proposals in response to a business opportunity to operate Food and Beverage services within Colonial National Historical Park. The new Concession contract for CC-COLO006-14 will be effective January 1, 2014, subject to change. The term of the concession contract will be ten (10) years. Proposals are due no later than 4:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) November 10, 2013.

Persons interested in obtaining a hard copy of the Prospectus should mail, or bring in person, a check or money order made payable to the NPS (cash will not be accepted). There is a printing cost recovery charge of $40.00 per copy to be delivered via Federal Express or $35.00 per copy if picked up in person. You must include a business address (no post office box) and telephone number to receive a Federal Express package.

A site visit will occur on September 23, 2013. Please RSVP by September 18 if you would like to attend the site visit. Instructions for reserving a place for the site visit are included in the Business Opportunity within the Prospectus.
