Octogonal shape double base, plinth & die supporting obelisk topped by bronze ball and flapping eagle. Obelisk cut reveal with excised detailing inscribed face sits on 4 line paws. Severe staining bronze & obelisk apex. 8.5'H, 7'dia base, 5'H die.
