Tyler's Heavy Artillery Division, 2nd Army Corps, Army of the Potomac, May 18-29, 1864. 4th Brigade, 1st Division, 2nd Army Corps, to November 23, 1864. 2nd Brigade, 1st Division, 2nd Army Corps, to February 22, 1865. Defences of Baltimore, Md., 8th Army Corps, Middle Department, to August, 1865.

Regiment lost during service 14 Officers and 277 Enlisted men killed and mortally wounded and 4 Officers and 374 Enlisted men by disease. Total 669.
