(A detachment of Regiment guard prisoners to Memphis, Tenn., May 18-June 10, and while en route to rejoin Brigade at Vicksburg, reinforced garrison at Milliken's Bend, La., June 5, and participated in repulse of McCullough's attack on Milliken's Bend June 6-7.) Regiment lost during service 6 Officers and 69 Enlisted men killed and mortally wounded and 1 Officer and 208 Enlisted men by disease. Total 284.
