Call Center Hours:
November 1 to February 28 - 10 am to 12 am
March 1 to October 31 - 10 am to 10 pm

Payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, and American Express are accepted.

Cancellation: All tour cancellations will be charged $3.00 per ticket. Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the tour will not receive a refund.
