Programs and Tours

Ranger programs:
Tactile objects: All ranger programs strive to engage multiple senses and learning styles, often including audio components and/or tactile objects.

Visitor center:
Films and exhibits: A 15-minute, narrated film, "Measure of a Man" explores the early years of Booker's life, Booker T. Washington himself and historical moments. Many exhibits in the visitor center are tactile, including a touch-and-feel basket, historic artifacts, and displays.
