Davis Bayou Picnic Area Restrooms

This project replaced the restroom facility in the Davis Bayou Picnic Area. The new facility provides fully accessible facilities for all park visitors, replacing a structure which was outdated, inefficient, and not fully accessible. Like many of the other facilities replacement projects, the new structure also features many sustainability elements to reduce energy and water usage, right-sizing the park’s resource usage, but also saving the park operating expenses which can be reinvested into the park’s infrastructure.
