The Joshua Brooks House is located at 41 North Great Road, Lincoln, MA 01773. It is approximately 2,216 SF with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was built by Deacon Joshua Brooks circa 1780 and is situated on an approximately 0.75-acre site. The Joshua Brooks House has been completely renovated with an attached carriage house which could be used for a small car or bikes and kayaks. The first floor is spacious with a redesigned kitchen including new stainless-steel appliances, cabinetry and quartzite counter tops. The newly refinished floors reflect the natural light from meticulously restored windows. The first-floor full bathroom was recently renovated, and a new smart washer and dryer have been installed in the nearby mudroom. Two stairways lead to the second floor where there is a dedicated office, 3 bedrooms, and another recently renovated full bathroom.
