In September 2020, the newest presidential memorial opened.

This site honors Dwight D. Eisenhower, Supreme Commander of the Allied Forces during World War II and the 34th President of the United States.

The Eisenhower Memorial is surrounded by institutions which President Eisenhower greatly influenced. For example, he founded the department of Health, Education and Welfare, which later became the Department of Education and the Department of Health and Human Services. Explore the map.
