Harrel Chancellor
Landing at Dutch Harbor on June 2, 1942 Harrel Chancellor would witness first-hand the bombing of Dutch Harbor as part of Company L, 3rd Battalion, 137th Infantry Division. He and his men would be shot at and trapped in fox holes during the raid and watch as barracks, oil tanks, ships and planes were targeted by Japanese planes.
