Accessibility

The park welcomes everyone to have a great time. Entrances to the park are accessible from bridges, sidewalks, and ramps. The parking lots throughout the park are paved with handicap parking spaces.

The paved Anacostia River Trail that spans the length of the park along the river is wheelchair accessible. All restrooms throughout the park are accessible and the skating pavilion has wheel chair accessible ramps that gives access to the facility. Many picnic tables through out the park are also wheelchair friendly.
