This 104 page travelogue includes color-coded maps, pre-visit information, illustrations and photographs. It includes a list of every national park area in the United States. Spaces allow you to collect the series of commemorative Passport stamps issued each year.

Where can you get your National Park passport stamp cancellation for Ala Kahakai National Historic Trail?
The trail does not have a visitor center so get your passport stamped at the visitor centers of the four National Park units on the island of Hawaii.The following locations have the official Ala Kahakai National Historic Trail cancellation stamp. Each park's stamp has a different location which corresponds to where the park is situated along the 175 mile long trail.

Hawai'i Volcanoes National Park – Volcano, HI
Pu'uhonua o Hōnaunau National Historic Site – Hōnaunau, HI
Kaloko-Honokōhau National Historical Park – Kailua-Kona, HI
Pu'ukoholā Heiau National Historic Site – Kawaihae, HI
