There are a variety of volunteer opportunities at Wolf Trap National Park for the Performing Arts that will accommodate the busiest of schedules, and also provide opportunities for the young to the young-at-heart. Most of our positions are for 18 years of age and older; however, we have a few positions for those who are 13 years of age and older.

Volunteers help by:

  • Passing out programs
  • Seating patrons
  • Directing patrons from the parking lots to Filene Center entrances
  • Helping patrons in and around carts
  • First-Aid and emergency services
  • Scanning tickets at the gates
  • Helping at clean-up events
  • Maintaining and revitalizing the landscape and grounds
  • Scouting projects
  • Filing, copying, and helping with office work

Wolf Trap National Park for the Performing Arts has an exciting and fun volunteer program. It's a great way to meet new friends and assist the National Park Service.

Visit our Volunteer Opportunities page for the positions that are currently open or contact the volunteer office at (703) 255-1893 for additional information.
