Visitors should call 315-568-0024 before visiting the park during the winter months. Due to inclement weather, the park may close with short notice.
Days of Operation
Beginning on December 30, 2013 the park will be closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. The park will be open Wednesday-Sunday from 9 am to 5 pm
Women’s Rights National Historical Park Affected by Severe Storm

Seneca Falls, NY - Women's Rights National Historical Park was affected by a storm cell which occurred during the afternoon of Tuesday, May 29th. High winds, heavy rains, and hail affected the areas in and near the park, resulting in downed power lines, trees, and tree limbs. A large chestnut tree located in front of the Elizabeth Cady Stanton House suffered severe damage.
Due to the downed tree limbs and ongoing cleanup efforts, the Elizabeth Cady Stanton House will be closed until further notice. During this time Women's Rights National Historical Park will offer alternative programs at 11:15 a.m. and 2:15 p.m., daily, until the Elizabeth Cady Stanton House reopens for public programs. Please call the park's Visitor Center Information Desk at (315) 568- 0024 from 9:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m., daily for more information about these programs.
