Upper Delaware Scenic and Recreational River is looking for environmentally-conscious, civic-minded individuals to help the park maintain a quality visitor experience and provide a high level of protection for park resources. Individuals with a wide variety of skills and experiences with a desire and enthusiasm to help and preserve and protect the natural and cultural resources of the Upper Delaware River Valley are invited to join the park's volunteer team. Did You Know?
Known as “The Gateway to the Delaware River”, Hancock, New York, is famous for its bluestone and timber industries. Louisville Slugger baseball bats were made from Hancock timber for over 85 and years and its bluestone was used in building the Empire State Building and the Statue of Liberty.
