Open year round. Museum visit is by guided tour only.

Tours scheduled every hour on the half-hour, beginning at

9:30 a.m. weekdays and 12:30 p.m. weekends.

Last tour at 3:30 p.m.

The visitor center/ museum shop opens at 9:00 a.m. on weekdays and 12:00 noon on weekends. The museum shop closes at 4:45 PM.

Mon.-Fri tours at 9:30, 10:30, 11:30, 12:30, 1:30, 2:30, 3:30.

Sat.-Sun. tours at 12:30, 1:30, 2:30, 3:30.

Each tour is limited to 12 people and lasts approximately 30-45 minutes. Latecomers will be asked to join a later tour. Those who miss the 3:30 p.m. tour will need to return the following day.

Please note that space is limited and this schedule may be altered due to scheduled groups. Please call on the day of your tour (716-884-0095) to verify the normal tour schedule is in effect.

Groups of 10 or more must make a reservation for a group tour. Please call 716-884-0095 to confirm a group tour reservation. A two-week advance notice is necessary. Voice mail messages cannot be used for confirmation.

For groups under ten, no reservations are required. Call 716-884-0095 for information or questions.

Closed on New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
