Selma to Montgomery National Historic Trail Open House in Preparation for Foundation Document
The National Park Service is preparing a foundation document for planning and management at the Selma to Montgomery National Historic Trail. The trail would like to invite the public to join in this effort.

Selma to Montgomery National Historic Trail Junior Ranger Summer Camp 2014
The Selma to Montgomery National Historic Trail will host a Junior Ranger Summer Camp on Saturday, July 12, 2014 from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at the Lowndes Interpretive Center. Children, ages 5-12 years, are invited to attend.

On March 7, 1965, 3,000 supporters from across the United States converged in Selma, Alabama to join the 54-mile march planned for March 21, 1965 which ended on March 25, 1965 in Montgomery, Alabama.
