A full slate of nature walks, artists' presentations and information kiosks is on tap for Bloom Week, a weeklong celebration of spring for the whole family, scheduled May 3 – 8 at English and American camps.

But the fun really begins in April with related ranger guided walks and talks at both American and English camps scheduled from 1 to 2:30 p.m., Fridays and Saturdays through June.

Bloom Week culminates in the Wildflower Festival Saturday, May 7 on the American Camp parade ground with booths featuring local artists and nature conservation organizations, plus music, games and activities, prizes and more. Booths include representatives from Lime Kiln Point State Park, Bureau of Land Management, Discover Your Northwest, the University of Washington Botanic Gardens.
