Astronomy in the Park
Friday, June 14 & 28 at 8:30 p.m.
Friday, July 12 & 267 at 8:15 p.m.
Friday, August 9 & 30 at 8 p.m.

Join a park ranger and local astronomers to discover the magic of the night sky. Program will be followed by viewing with telescopes. Dress warmly, bring binoculars and a flashlight.
Location: Upper Beaver Meadows Trailhead
Length: 30 minute program followed by viewing  

Stories Behind the Moon & Stars
Friday, June 21 at 8:30 p.m.
Friday, July 5 & 19 at 8:15 p.m.
Friday, August 2 & 16 at 8 p.m.
The night sky comes alive through storytelling and fun activities. Meet the constellations, tour the Milky Way, gaze at the moon, and celebrate darkness. Dress warmly, bring binoculars and a flashlight.
Location: Estes Park Memorial Observatory. The observatory is located at 1600 Manford Ave., near the Stanley Park Fairgrounds and Estes Park High School. Click here to visit the observatory website.

Daily during the summer, Rocky's custodial crew cleans 102 toilets in comfort stations at trailheads and along roads. They also clean around 100 toilets in campground comfort stations, 30 visitor center toilets, and 35 toilets for park staff. That's 267 toilets cleaned every day of the summer!
