At current lake levels, the trail to the first viewing area at Rainbow Bridge is approximately 1-1/2 miles (2.4 km) one-way on sandy terrain with some up-and-down hills. At this time it is not handicapped accessible.

Did You Know?
Navajo Mountain is a laccolith, an igneous mountain which never erupted. Water from the snow on top of the mountain flowed down Bridge Canyon to form Rainbow Bridge.
