Another red flag warning, following the one last week, has been issued by the National Weather Service for the North Bay hills and the East Bay hills. This warning will be in effect from Tuesday morning 6:00 a.m. until Wednesday 6:00 a.m., November 1 and 2. Winds are expected to shift tonight to an offshore flow, bringing warm, dry strong winds from the interior to the coast. Based on this weather pattern, the fire danger rating will be Extreme tomorrow for Point Reyes National Seashore and Golden Gate NRA sites in Marin County.
