Tourism to Point Reyes National Seashore Creates $102 Million in Economic Benefits in 2014
A new National Park Service report shows that the 2.43 million visitors to Point Reyes National Seashore in 2014 spent more than $102 million in communities near the park. That spending supported 1,322 jobs in the local area and had a cumulative benefit to the local economy in excess of $128 million.

Popular Overlook Collapses at Point Reyes National Seashore
On Saturday, March 21, a portion of the land at the Arch Rock overlook at Point Reyes National Seashore collapsed into the waters 70 feet below. The Arch Rock trail has been closed until further notice.

Nationally-touring Art Quilt Exhibit at Point Reyes National Seashore
A juried show of twenty-six art quilts created by 22 Florida artists will be on display in Point Reyes National Seashore's Bear Valley Visitor Center on March 11, 2015. The show, titled Piecing Together a Changing Planet, highlights a few of the many ways that America's 407 National Parks are being impacted by climate change, water pollution, air pollution and other human-caused phenomena.

Goat Grazing Experiment to Reduce Invasive Vegetation
