Needle and Thread
Needle And Thread Grass is a perennial, bunchgrass 12 to 48 inches tall. It grows in the spring. Flowering occurs May through June. Seeds are narrow and sharp at the end like a needle with a long tail that resembles a thread. The elevation range is 2000 to 7000 feet.
