Visitor Center
Open - 8 AM to 5 PM daily.

Holidays Closed - Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year's Day.

The Circle Trail 
Open daily.  The 3/4-mile loop is a walking trail.  Motorized vehicles and bicycles are not allowed on the Circle Trail.  Leashed pets are allowed on the trail; owners are expected to clean up after their pets.  During the winter months parts of the trail may not be accessible because of snow and/or ice. 

Valid entrance passes are required to tour the visitor center and/or the Circle Trail.  Purchase or show a valid pass in the visitor center.

Did You Know?
Pipestone National Monument was the first National Park Service area in Minnesota designated by Congress and signed into existence by President Franklin Delano Roosevelt on August 25, 1937.
